Step 2
Provide IIBF's membership number and press validate button. This
will display your membership details as recorded with the Institute.
Step 3
If your membership information/details displayed in step 2 above
is correct, please provide your correct email id and press submit.
Note: correct email id is very important as login password,
Application/Transaction detail etc will be sent to this email id.
(Incase your membership details are not correct or your
membership number is invalid please contact at onlineservice@iibf.org.in For
enrolling as new member please contact the nearest Zonal Office)
Step 4
Check your email to get your password and login id to use for
online services.
Step 5
After login in with your member number and password you will be
shown JAIIB/CAIIB application form depending on your eligibility. You will be
required to fill in the following information. Contact number, Cell
number/Mobile number, Fax number, medium of examination, exam centre you wish
to appear from, mode of exam, and press submit.

Step 6
You will be asked to confirm the above information. If correct
you may proceed by pressing submit button.
Step 7
You will be taken to BillDesk payment Gateway screen. Press Master Card or Visa Card or Internet Banking icon as the case may be for making the payment.
Step 8
Provide the required information and press pay.
Step 9
Please wait till your payment is process and the control comes
back to IIBF Screen.
Step 10
Transaction Details will be displayed and the same will be
emailed/SMSed to you for your information and record.
Step 11
i. On successful completion of transaction confirmation SMS/email will be sent to the candidate intimating the receipt of examination forms.
ii. In case the candidate does not receive confirmation SMS/email from the institute, the candidate should apply again till he receives the confirmation SMS/email.
iii. Please note that Institute will not accept any responsibility in case of failed transactions. However fees debited if any to candidate's account will be refunded within seven working days of the transaction. Candidates need to reapply in such case.
