Indranil Roy is the Managing Director of Korn Ferry International’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business in Asia Pacific, based in the Firm’s Singapore office.


Globally renowned as an executive coach in the area of cross-cultural leadership, Mr. Roy has extensive experience in advising clients in ASEAN, Brazil, China, India, Korea, U.K and U.S across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, IT, government, consumer and healthcare. He also has conducted various consulting engagements ranging from board evaluations to succession planning.


Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Roy was the global head of the Leadership Consulting business at Hewitt Associates.


He is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, including EIU, ASRI and Conference Board seminars for global leaders.


Mr. Roy earned his master’s in business administration from XLRI Institute of Management in India, as well as a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
