Submission of application form to the below mentioned address by making cash payment at any of the branches of the Axis Bank Ltd. (formerly, UTI Bank Ltd.) and attaching the Payment Receipt (IIBF's Copy) to the application. |

Submission of application form with Demand Draft for the requisite amount drawn in favour of "Indian Institute of Banking & Finance" payable at the City where IIBF Zonal Office is located, viz., WZO-Mumbai; SZO-Chennai; NZO-New Delhi; EZO-Kolkata. |

Refund of Fees: No request for refund of fees will be entertained if the application forms submitted are found to be in order. Refund will be made for the application forms rejected.
Examination Centres: As per the list attached to the Application/given on the IIBF's website. Examination shall be conducted at any of the listed centres provided minimum 25 candidates enroll.
