Le Méridien New Delhi offers state of the art conference facilities and a business centre, within close proximity to the major commercial districts and the leading Convention and Exhibition Centre. Offering approximately 20,200 square feet of total conferencing area, our facilities include two Ballrooms (Sovereign 1 and Sovereign 2), and six meeting rooms for a total of eight meeting spaces.

Some of the finest and most advanced technologies have been used in the sound and light engineering. Halls are equipped with state of the art AMX remote control units, putting the control of your event in your hands, including all audio, video, lighting, in-hall ceiling mounted cameras and even some hall curtains. Other features include cordless conferencing microphone, roll-down screens, a huge projection display panel wall, ceiling mounted projection system, motorised sky hooks for large lighting and sound equipment, and a plasma signage and display system to give you a clutter free environment.

Le Royal Club room guests are provided complimentary use of our small meeting rooms for up to two hours, subject to availability.
