Recruitment of Deputy Chief Executive Officer on Contract Basis

Indian Institute of Banking & Finance invites application for recruitment of Deputy Chief Executive Officer on contract basis. This is a contractual appointment and positioned at its corporate office at Mumbai.

JOB PROFILE

• Overall responsible of the operational activities of the Institute by co-ordinating with the operational functions viz. Examination, HR & Admin, Accounts & Finance and Information Technology.
• To achieve and deliver the highest operational standards across all operational activities of the Institute to provide members with quality services
• Design and execute development plans
• Monitor accounting processes and oversee the compliance of applicable legal regulations
• Recognise and devise Information Technology process improvements.
• Participate in the development of the annual business plan and budget and monitor and report to CEO on financial performance.
• Plan, Direct, and coordinate the administrative and HR functions of the Institute
• Responsible for the achievement of operational departments’ productivity

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

Graduate with flair for IT, Accounts and Administration

Desirable:

MBA/CA/ICWA/B.Tech (IT)/LLB

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

Should have worked in Deputy General Manager and above position in a bank/financial institution / Head of Examinations in an University or reputed Institution

Desirable:

Experience as Zonal / Regional Head of a bank/financial institution

AGE LIMIT:

Not less than 55 years and not more than 60 years as on 31.12.2016

CONTRACT TERM:

• Three years. If the selected candidate is less than 57 years old the contract term is further extendable (subject to satisfactory performance) up to the age of 60.
• The contract may be terminated with a notice period of three months from either side.

Remuneration:

Rs. 1,30,000/- per month with increase of Rs.8,000/- per annum. (All inclusive, TDS as applicable). 15 days leave in a year. (Not encashable nor can be carried forward).
