For post (a) To head Finance & Accounts Department. To look after Financial Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting, Costing, Compliance to Internal as well as Statutory Audit, Statutory compliance, Investment Portfolios.
For post (b) To look after the operation activities of the accounts department, reconciliation/inter zone reconciliation, receipts/payments, coordination with zones in regard to FA

For post (a) Chartered Accountant (CA)
For post (b) Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with additional qualification of C.A.

| Experience |
: |
For post (a) About 10 years in a bank/well managed medium size Multi-Branch Company at middle/senior management position or as a practicing Chartered Accountant for 3 years.
For post (b) About 5- 6 years in a bank/well managed medium size Multi-Branch Company at middle/senior management position

For post (a) Not exceeding 45 years of age (as of 1st July 2008)
For post (b) Not exceeding 35 years of age (as of 1st July 2008)

For both posts: Contract basis for an initial period of three years. Can be extended depending on performance

| Remuneration |

For post (a) Rs. 7 lacs per annum on cost to company basis.
For post (b) Rs. 6 lacs per annum on cost to company basis |
