The computer-based training (CBT) will be available for a period of 90days from the date of enrollment. Those candidates who pass the examination in the first attempt will not be given access to the CBT thereafter. However, those who cannot pass the examination in the first attempt will be allowed to use the computer based training for the ensuing examination also on specific request for re-activation, subject to the fact that the total validity of the training will be only 6 months from the date of enrollment.

These courses are available only for registered candidates who have filled up the examination form for BPO examination. Registered candidates will be provided user ID and password by the institute and the same will be communicated through the email provided in the examination form by the candidates. The registered candidates can use this User ID and password to logon to Computer Based Training.
