Open Forum was moderated by Shri B K Jha, CDO, IIBF. This session allowed L&D leaders to move beyond general consensus and provide specific, actionable feedback on their future requirements and/or expectations from IIBF.
A structured yet open brainstorming session where all ~40 L&D Heads were encouraged to speak freely — sharing what their banks need from IIBF, what is working, what is missing, and what ideas they want IIBF to act on. Ideas were discussed live, refined collectively, and documented for the post-event action brief.
