Institutional Membership is open to banks, financial institutions, co-operative banks, and other approved organizations. It enables institutions to be part of IIBF's professional ecosystem and benefit from collaborative opportunities, access to resources, and participation in key initiatives. Membership is subject to Council approval, and fees are determined annually. Institutions must apply using the prescribed form and receive confirmation before making any payments.

Members wishing to retire from the Institute must submit a written notice of their intention to the Chief Executive Officer. The membership will cease from the date such notice is received. For Fellows and Institutional Members, the notice should be addressed to the President of the Institute, and all subscription dues for the current year must be cleared before submission.

Life Members enjoy continued access to the Institute’s professional resources and development initiatives. They are entitled to appear for examinations upon payment of prescribed fees, receive regular publications, and engage in learning programs. They may also be considered for Fellowship awards and take part in the Institute’s research, seminars, and workshops conducted from time to time.

Old Members who were enrolled prior to Year 1999 and NOT Life Members are only eligible for Renewal of Membership. All Members who were enrolled from the year 2000 are Life Members. Pl note that Existing Life Members, DB&F candidates and Candidates registered for various Examinations under Non-member category are NOT Eligible for Renewal of Membership. Confirm your eligibility by sending a mail to any one of the Office of the Institute(given under) before applying for Membership Renewal.Fee once paid will not be refunded.

On successful registration for the Online Membership Renewal, the application processing will be done within 15 days and will be made eligible to apply for the examination/s of the Institute as a life member. Hard copy of ID card will not be issued for those Members who registers from 1st June 2017. Soft Copy will be made available to these members for download through their Edit Profile after Verification process of your membership application which may take upto 45 days and if everything found in order you will receive an email from us indicating completion of verification process and soft copy of your membership Identity Card will be uploaded on your Edit Profile which you can download using the Login ID and password. First 2 downloads will be free of cost. ID card will not be issued to candidates registered for examinations under Non-member category. Pl note that to appear for examinations Members as well as Non-members can use any one of the following ID card (original)along with printed copy of the Admit Letter.

will be sent to all eligible Candidates to their e-mail Id registered with the Institute 10 days before the start of the examination. The same will also be hosted on Institute's website www.iibf.org.in under the menu EXAMINATIONS / COURSESÂ , 1 week before the examination date. Candidates can down load the Admit Letter using their Login ID(Membership/registration No.) and Profile Password.
Are expected to be declared within 45 days of the conclusion of the Examination. On declaration, Results will be available on the Institute's website for download and printed copy of the same will not be sent by post.
Candidates who have completed the Examinations having more than 1 subject, Consolidated Mark sheet of all subjects will be available on the Institute's website. Candidates can download the same after entering login credentials using their Membership/Registration number and Profile Password. Printed copy of the same will not be sent by post.
Digital Certificates are normally issued within 45 days from the date of examination and are sent on the candidates’ registered email id.
Provision of payment of application fee through Debit card/ Credit card / Internet Banking is available
From 1st June 2017, the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) has discontinued the issuance of physical (hard copy) ID cards for new members. Members registering on or after this date will receive only a soft copy of their ID card.
This soft copy will be made available for download through the member's Edit Profile section after the membership verification process is completed. The verification may take up to 45 days. If all submitted details are found to be in order, you will receive an email confirming successful verification. The soft copy will then be uploaded to your profile, which can be accessed using your Login ID and Password. The first two downloads are free of cost.

If you registered before 1st June 2017 and require a duplicate ID card, you may apply through your Edit Profile section. Upon successful processing, a soft copy of your ID card will be made available for download.
Please note that hard copy ID cards (original or duplicate) will not be issued, except in cases where the card issued before 1st June 2017 was returned to IIBF undelivered.
