Old Members who were enrolled prior to year 1999 and are NOT Life Members are only eligible for Renewal of Membership. All Members who were enrolled from the year 2000 are Life Members. Please note that existing Life Members, DB&F candidates and Candidates registered for various Examinations under Non-member category are NOT Eligible for Renewal of Membership. Confirm your eligibility by sending a mail to any one of the Office of the Institute(given under) before applying for Membership Renewal.Fee once paid will not be refunded.

On successful registration for the Online Membership Renewal, the application processing will be done within 15 days and will be made eligible to apply for the examination/s of the Institute as a life member. Members of the Institute / Candidates enrolled for the examinations of the Institute can register their Queries here.
Hard copy of ID card will not be issued to members who register from 1st June 2017 onwards. A soft copy will be made available to these members for download through their Edit Profile after the verification process of their membership application, which may take up to 45 days. If everything is found to be in order, you will receive an email from us indicating completion of the verification process, and a soft copy of your membership identity card will be uploaded to your Edit Profile. You can download it using your Login ID and password. The first two downloads will be free of cost.
ID cards will not be issued to candidates registered for examinations under the Non-member category. Please note that, to appear for examinations, both members and non-members must carry any one of the following original ID cards along with a printed copy of the Admit Letter:
a) Photo ID card issued by the employer
b) PAN card
c) Driving License
d) Election voter ID card
e) Passport
f) Aadhar Card
The admit letter (hall ticket) will be sent to all eligible candidates to their registered email IDs 10 days before the start of the examination. The same will also be hosted on the Institute's website (www.iibf.org.in ) under the menu “Examinations / Courses”, 1 week before the examination date. Candidates can download the admit letter using their Login ID (Membership/Registration Number) and Profile Password.
Results are expected to be declared within 45 days after the conclusion of the examination. Upon declaration, results will be available on the Institute's website for download, and printed copy of the same will not be sent by post.
Candidates who have completed examinations having more than one subject can access their consolidated mark sheet on the Institute's website. Candidates can download the same after entering their login credentials, using their Membership/Registration number and Profile Password. A printed copy of the same will not be sent by post.
Digital Certificates are normally issued within 45 days from the date of examination and are sent on the candidates’ registered email id.

Provision of payment of application fee through Debit card/ Credit card / Internet Banking is available

For members who have already registered before 1st June 2017, if required can apply for Duplicate ID Card after paying Rs.118/- including GST (Duplicate ID card charges Rs.100/- & GST Rs. 18/-) and Soft Copy of the ID Card will be made available for download through their Edit Profile. This facility will be available from 15th June 2017.
Hard copy of ID card(original or duplicate) will not be sent to any members.
