The Academics department is entrusted with the product development of the various
certifications, curriculum and content development and digital learning initiatives of the
Institute.
IIBF provides E-Learning as an additional pedagogy for its various courses. Any
individual irrespective of his/her Membership status or Exam Registration status can
access the rich E-Learning Courses developed by IIBF on various contemporary topics of
Banking & Finance.
Please Note :
1. Once registered, the candidate shall receive the E-Learning Login ID & Password
within 1 to 2 days’ time. In case of non-receipt within the said timeline, kindly
email to elearning@iibf.org.in mentioning your membership number/ registration
number and subject name
2. The validity of the login credentials will be 60 days for the ‘Climate Risk and
Sustainable Finance (Foundation & Advanced)’ course and 90 days for rest all other
courses from the date of initial access granted to the E-Learning Course/s.
3. Registration for e-learning is available throughout the year and examination
registration is not mandatory for the same.
The Institute publishes courseware for its various Diploma/ Certificate examinations and also
brings out various monthly/ quarterly /annual learning resources for the knowledge
enhancement of the banking and finance professionals

The Institute offers certification courses in various areas of banking to
facilitate bankers in upgrading and equipping themselves to the industry’s

Eligibility Criteria:
PG Degree with minimum 50% marks.
Ph.D. in Banking & Finance or CAIIB.
Minimum 25 years of experience in Bank / Financial Institutions and held the position of DGM and above
or
Minimum 20 to 25 years of experience in teaching as Associate Professor / Professor in universities or higher education institutions in Banking & Finance.
Preferred Profile:
Experience in authoring books, research publications, or writing book chapters
Writing conference papers, academic writing, or content development
Prior experience in training, teaching, or question setting/vetting in banking & finance
